Welcome to Tampere Finn-Brits!
We meet approximately once a month for an informal get- together, a talk, a cooking lesson, a concert or a wine tasting. Over the years we have had speakers on topics ranging from Lewis Carroll to how to write detective stories, from code breaking in the Second World War to how to purchase the best budget wines. Every December we attend the Christmas Carol Service in the Old Church in Keskustori.
We are also involved in the Café Scientifiques organised in Finlayson, and have had the opportunity to find out more about the sex life of fruit flies, interesting bacteria, colour vision and whether there's anybody else in outer space. And this is to name just a few of the fascinating presentations.
